The Shaklee Compensation Plan offers the opportunity to earn checks as you share Shaklee products and the business opportunity with others. Not only that, but you get to earn trips to locations like San Francisco, Los Cabos and Peru. Each year our trip opportunities change so you can earn a new experience each year. Oh and you can earn car bonuses too!

Shaklee Compensation By The Numbers
Business Leader Ranks in Shaklee
Let’s break the Shaklee Compensation Plan down…
In the chart above you will see that ranks are based on volume. Volume points are attributed to each Shaklee products. So you can see that when you grow and share Shaklee with others, each order will grow your volume points.
Shaklee Business Builder
When you start to build your Shaklee business you start off as a Business Builder until you break out into Director, which is the first Business Leader level. As a Business Builder, you can start to earn money back to pay for your products. Woo-hoo!
In the top left corner of the Shaklee Compensation Plan you see the bonus percentage you earn under personal group. So, when you share 10 Essential Plans (image to the right) with family and friends in a month, you are already over 500 PV. At this stage you are earning an 8% bonus off of those orders.
Shaklee Business Leader
When you reach 2,000 PV, or as we like to recommend 3,000 PV you break out to a Director, your bonuses grow larger, you begin the clock for FastTRACK (more below) and you are eligible to qualify for the New Directors Conference in San Francisco. You can see the FastTRACK bonus amounts on the Shaklee Compensation Plan, located in dark green along the bottom. The average annual income of a Director is $10,217. Now could an extra $800- $1,000 make a difference in your household? I know it did for mine. For me it was the breakthrough that allowed me to leave my job when my daughter was born.
*We recommend breaking out 3,000 PV as a Director to make sure you breakout when you are strong and can create a sustainable business.
The Director level income can be a great complement to a current job you have by providing the extra cash needed for a nice family trip or to help pay off student loans. Let’s not forget too how a home business can do wonders when it comes time for tax season. Saving you mucho.
Once you grow your team and help to lead and nurture other Directors and business leaders on your team, you start to advance in rank. It’s that easy. Just duplicate. As a Senior Director, with one business leader on your team, you qualify for car bonuses. This is unique in network marketing that it starts early on. In many other companies you have to wait for this to kick in. Help nurture two more Directors on your team and now you are a Coordinator and eligible for a trip. As you continue to grow and your team grows, your checks get bigger, your car bonuses get bigger and the trip opportunities get more grande. Oh yes… then there is the freedom that comes along with that, a sense of purpose, support of a fantastic Shaklee community and personal and professional growth.
What Makes Shaklee’s Compensation Plan Unique?
Shaklee has been around for a while and has their compensation plan down to an achievable and rewarding business model. It is highly admired that Shaklee has patented and no other company has the offers that we do. In the Shaklee compensation plan there are nine different ways that you can earn. These nine ways include bonuses for sharing, bonuses for growing quickly, incentives like trips and car payments, price differentials and bonuses when you help your team grow.
Nine Ways To Earn With Shaklee
1. Gold Bonuses
When you personally sign up anyone on your team with a Gold PAK (the way that you come into the Shaklee business), you can earn a Gold Bonus. If you sign someone up with a Super Gold PAK you earn $150, $100 on the Gold Plus PAK and $50 on the Gold PAK.
2. Power Bonuses
Power bonuses are unique in that during the month that you join, and the first three full months that follow, you can earn this additional bonus based on sponsoring new people into your business. This is done to help you easily earn back the cost of your distributor kit quickly. Every time during this period that you earn 15 sponsoring points during this period, you get an additional $150 Power Bonus. This can happen as many times as you accrue those points.
How do you earn Power Bonus Points? Well, for each Super Gold PAK sponsored in you get 15 points! If you combine this with the $150 Gold Bonus you also earn, you are already at $300. If you sponsor someone with the Gold Plus PAK, you get 10 points and the Gold PAK 5 points. You also get a point for each member you sign up. * You only qualify for the Power Bonuses if you sign up with a Gold PAK yourself.
3. Price Differential
As a distributor, you can sell products at the retail price which is higher than your discounted price. You get to keep that price difference when you sell it at that cost. *Shaklee provides a recommended retail price.
4. Personal Group Bonuses
This is the regular check Shaklee will send you each month when you start to qualify for payments. The monthly bonus you earn is based on the volume of product sales completed each month. Shaklee checks are deposited into your accounts on the 15th of each month.
5. FastTRACK Bonuses
This is for those who are really ready to skyrocket their Shaklee business, which I know you are! The FastTRACK program is designed to reward the new leaders who are achieving rapid growth. This program starts as soon as you achieve Director (the first business leader rank). You have the ability to earn up to an additional $89,000 in FastTRACK bonuses alone. You can see on the bottom of the Shaklee compensation plan how much you earn at each level.
As a business leader you also get matching bonuses when others on your team take advantage of the FastTRACK Program!
Who wouldn’t love an exotic luxury trip for their family along with fabulous rewards each year from Shaklee? Each year you can earn points towards these rewards and each year the trips are in a new location. For 2017 you can earn a trip to San Francisco, Los Cabos and Peru. Below is a video of a trip Shaklee took to Kenya in 2012 where Shaklee leaders not went on a “luxury safari,” but they planted trees with Wanjira Maathai, daughter of Wangari Maathai. They also visited with students whose tuition was paid for–by Shaklee–because of our Top Achievers’ accomplishments.
7. Car Bonuses
Unlike other MLM’s Shaklee’s car bonus kicks in early. After you reach Director and then help another person promote to Director, you begin to qualify to earn a monthly car bonus. As you continue to grow your Shaklee business and increase your rank, your car bonus amount can go up as well. Once you hit Master Coordinator you get keys to a Shaklee hybrid car.
8. Leadership Bonuses
Leadership Bonuses are paid out as you develop other Directors on your team. You start to earn an additional monthly bonus on the volume of all of the business leaders in your organization.
9. Infinity Bonuses
Once you hit Senior Coordinator, you qualify for these monthly bonuses up to 8% on all leaders in your organization. The amount is based on your rank.
How To Start Your Shaklee Business
You will want to sign up just one time, as a Shaklee distributor. If you are serious about building your business then the Gold PAKs are the best offer. When you get the Gold PAK, you try out the products and start to share these products and the health changes you have had. As you do this, you start to earn checks, car payments, vacation and bigger checks as you grow!
