Goodbye chocolate bar, goodbye ice cream, goodbye fig newtons, goodbye coffee creamer. While this pains me, deep down inside, this is only temporary. I will be back for you, yet hopefully not as often. I need this change.
It’s not you, really it’s not. It’s me.
You can’t help being so sweet. It’s in your nature, but your sweetness is slowly killing me and I need to break away. I am not just doing it because I feel like crap, (my arthritis has returned), but I am doing it for my itty bitty baby who has thrush. What is thrush? Well, I didn’t know before either. What I am finding out is that this persistent thrush, or yeast infection on my babies tongue is likely from a poor digestive system and too much sugar.
For this, I am saying goodbye…… At least for seven days. Want in? It couldn’t be easier. I have put together a 7 day meal plan for two people with a shopping list, meals and emotional support from me! Seriously, you may need it. Sugar is more addictive than cocaine. Yikes! #ittakesavillage
